In order to delivery high quality candidates, we have developed and adopted a four step screening process that consists of the following:
COMMUNICATION We realize that it's very important for a project to be completed effectively and efficiently. Therefore, every one of our candidates undergoes a preliminary communication skills interview. We will also note the level of communication in a summary presented with resume.
2. TECHNICAL To ensure the validity of our candidates resume, our interviews focus on a large part of the consultant's background, their level of expertise and experience using the tools they have mentioned. Due to the technical background of Entelli recruiters, the validity of the candidate's knowledge can be verified.
3. PERSONALITY It is important for us to help match the right consultant for the client. We seek to find personable candidates that easily fit into different environments and work individually or in a team structure.
REFERENCE In order to make sure we can find a team fit, we conduct extensive credential and employment history checks.
